Add some notes about a preprod / playground environment

Since we are publishing an API to TOs, I would like to make it available on https://playground.unityleague.ch, in a version where the data often gets reset, just to allow TOs to experiment with their scripts without messing up the real website.

This MR adds a robots.txt file to avoid the preproduction website being shown in Google results.
