Add per-format performance

Antoine Albertelli requested to merge perf-per-format into master

As discussed in the SUL player's chat, this adds the following features:

  • We show the Swiss round record next to each event.
  • For each format and over all formats we show:
    • total record over all events (including playoff matches).
    • total win rate over all events (including playoff matches).
    • total win rate excluding draws over all events (including playoff matches).
