Implement article rendering & authoring

This MR depends on !233 (merged), review this first.

This MR implements the view page for the article, including a system to render card images with the same modal as the decklist implementation. It also contains the views for creating and editing articles.

Still missing for a complete feature:

  • Integration into the front page
  • Base menu page with some archive view
  • RSS feed maybe ?
