Organizer feature

You already approved this a while ago and I wanted to release this together with the other MR that is now gonna be closed. So I guess we can merge it to master now.

What it does: In the events of the organizer it shows how many players participated for past events. This is particularly interesting for organizers to see which events they haven't uploaded results yet.
