Increase gunicorn request timeout from 30s to 1min

Antoine Albertelli requested to merge longer-timeout into master

When importing an extremely large amount of players from Excel, the request is very slow. While this is not a bugfix, it can probably mitigate the impact and allow us to import the results of Swiss Magic Masters (200 players) immediately.
